Bagels. It was my first try and the came out ok, but I was wondering if any of you seasoned bagel makers have any tips?

I wanted them to be a bit crunchier on the outside. They felt a little chewy to me.

Two small apple pies, each one has two servings.  We already demolished one with Haagen Dazs Vanilla ice cream.
