Sourdough still ongoing ::)

I made american gingersnaps today. Other half was intrigued with how soft they were.

Also made something called pecan puffs. very nice.

Does using a bread machine constitute baking?

If so I am "baking" a loaf of multi grain bread. Made a loaf of white bread yesterday. That didn't last long at all!!!

Mmm gingersnaps are a really good idea!  Thanks Hopster.

I baked a yellow cake today in my ongoing quest to avoid studying. :P

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
