I used a square pan, but mine sort of came out looking like a mess. I'm not good at icing. But it tasted fantastic, which is all that matters!

It failed miserably. Never rose so I binned the whole thing in a fit of temper. I am trying again today but it's looking the same.  The starter pack I bought from SF is over a year old so I wonder if it's past it's sell by date... ???

On a plus side, the sourcream coffee cake I made in my flower Nordic bakeware turned out very nicely!
