Made Nigella's
Clementine Cake. Have made this loads of times, but this one turned out the best. It calls for ground almonds, but I only had 100g of ground, but tons of flaked almonds. Put the flaked almonds into the Magimix and ground, then added the clementines, etc. Because the Magimix doesn't grind as fine as my blender (which I used before), this version had more texture and oddly enough, more flavour.
Served it tonight with a scoop of Green & Blacks organic chocolate ice cream. OMG -- to die for! The best plain chocolate ice cream I've had since leaving the US. *drool and double drool*
