Brioche! I don't have to cart back loads of bags from England anymore! I found a recipe that I like.  ;D

The brioche recipes I found here in the states were more like croissants. I was given an authentic French recipe and they turned out really well.  :)

Last thing was the pizza.

Next thing will be Nigella's chocolate puddings.  They look (in the photo) kust like those ones from the M&S advert, so I will definitely report back if they work.

We made Swedish Semla, which is traditional for Shrove Tuesday. Semlor are sweet yeast rolls filled with marzipan and cream.

Yesterday I baked a Cappuccino Cake with Marscapone Icing and also a Lemon Drizzle cake. Yummy!!
