I bought some andes mint chips to try and make choc chip cookies with, but now it seems i'm too lazy to do them :P

i baked an apple cake of my nanas that would have been good had our vegitable oil not been off. i thought it smelled funny when i was mixing it, then when you ate the final product it had this nasty aftertase. BLAH!

Made some chocolate chip cookies yesterday.  Tasty recipe using vanilla soy milk instead of eggs.  I used Vanilla Rice Dream and they came out lovely!  Good thing I gave a bunch to my neighbors and boy took the rest to work today!
