Whole wheat olive bread.  I have yet to taste it, it could be really gross.

Made a brownie tarte for mother's day and served with a dollop of creme fraiche..think it was a Martha Stewart recipe..

Some stuffed chicken breasts we bought frozen. They were ok, but they've given me inspiration to come up with some of my own recipes for these.

I made a box yellow cake using only 10 oz of soda and one egg white.  It came out great and lower in calories than usual.

An Amy's Spinach pizza.  Yum!
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake!

I'd never had it before (It was my new food for the day), but DB asked me to make it and I loved it! (I didn't eat the pineapple part though, I picked it off.)

I've been baking up a storm over the past few nights!

Friday I made a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing...only I didn't have enough red food coloring, so it's blue instead.

Saturday I made cheese straws.

Sunday I made pretzels.

And tonight I made a coca-cola ham and three pans of these cinnamon rolls:

YUM!
