A lamb meatloaf.  Soooo good.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Last night I baked a lemon angel cake from the WW cookbook. It's not as nice as I hoped it would be.  :-\\\\

I currently have chocolate chip brownies (Betty Crocker was on sale at the Co-Op!) in the oven to take to a friend's today.

Chocolate chip oatmeal raisin cookies!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

This morning I was up early with my 2 year old, so I baked a Nigella Banana Bread, with some delish bakers coconut for extra moistness. Well, something had to be done with those bananas even though it was only 7.30!!

Not Belita's, but a trial run of experimental soft pretzels.

The Auntie UKY's pretzels.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"
