Friday Five!

1. It's finally Friday of the week from hell and I'm hoping beyond hope today is a better day.
2. We're shopping tonight for the little one's halloween costumes.
3. It's starting to get chilly outside and feeling like fall/autumn. Good weekend for a bonfire.
4. Have an awful migraine, but seems like my medicine is helping it.
5. Woke up this morning to the kitties running full tilt through the house and banging into our door.

1.  It is finally Friday and it has been a really awful week.
2.  Doing more moving stuff tomorrow, but, I have help for the first time! YAY!
3.  Several people responded to my ad about my furniture and some are coming to look tomorrow.  I hope they buy it and cart it away!
4.  Still worried about selling my car (last major thing).
5.  Vet appointment tomorrow to fill out and postdate paperwork and ready it for USDA stamp in early November.

1. I'm so stressed at work I'm taking a UKY break to calm my nerves
2. It finally stopped raining
3. I can eat/drink whatever I want tonight because I don't have a LONG run tomorrow morning.
4. I don't have a long run tomorrow morning! 
5. My company held denim day today and I got to wear jeans and cute shoes to work!
(we don't have casual Friday's...it's business dress ALL the time)

1. Things seem to be settling down at work after a hectic few weeks.
2. Staying at the in-laws for two days to watch their mutts until the dog sitter arrives while they are in Nova Scotia.
3. I'm going to be Zorro for Halloween.
4. My hair looks like crap due to the rain.
5. Just remembered I have a library book that is way overdue.

1.  I found a pair of black Converse high tops in my size at a charity shop--sometimes ya just gotta check the men's section! 

2.  Making chana dal for dinner. 

3.  Still  haven't found the perfect clip for my hair for my wedding day hairstyle. 

4.  Starting to feel more confident getting around on public trans on my own. 

5.  Wondering why I haven't gotten a single email from one of my best friends since I've been here 6 weeks and I've emailed her loads of times.

Jealous. I would love to be going to Nova Scotia.

1. I am all caught up on stuff.
2. I am having a nightmare helping with a child's school project.
3. I got to see a friend today.
4. I considered doing a PhD for the umpteenth time since 2003. I should make up my mind.
5. I am going to the gym tonight. 

1.  I got to hug a REALLY cute guy today... it was his last day at work, so i was saying cheerio to him.

2.  Douglas said i was an absolute star!

3.  Unfortunately, Emma doesnt agree, and thinks im worse than useless. 

4.  Bought (and am drinking) this CHOCOLATE wine from Markies... OMG, it is SO good!

5.  Ate some Nutter Butters.

1. just ate the best cheese straw ever hand made by the ten year old.
2. due to office politics I can no longer leave work early on Fridays.
3. It's half term and I only have to work two days next week.
4. I've been looking forward to watching Dancing With the Stars all day. 
5. I forgot to phone the child benefit office. AGAIN.

1.  I didn't have to work today
2.  I had martinis with the husband
3.  DH is making pizza for dinner
4.  It was goloriously sunny out today
5.  My doggy is my sidekick today

1.  Huz is on a business trip, so I get to indulge in my favorite preggo foods for dinner.
2.  Pickled herring.
3.  Baguette.
4.  Nutella.
5.  Chorizo.

1. met a lady at playgroup  who i didn't realize at first.. was my old next door neighbor   and that we were  pregnant at the same time! 
2. hubs bought carrot cake for pudding.. my fave
3. sis has sent dd a parcel
4. chatted with my hs pal  today
5. dd  did  better eating her dinner than her  lunch.. thankfully

1.  Had my first phone interview and it seemed to go well (I can never tell!)
2.  Had the day off of work today, which was great and just want I needed.
3.  Going to see Tori Amos tonight! 
4.  Today is the last day that I get to drive my car, which I love and will miss.
5.  Got to spend time with my puppies and it was great!

1. This is my last Friday at this job ever!  YAY!!!
2. My mom will be in town for the weekend and it will be nice to see her before I move to the UK.
3. This is the beginning of my second to last weeked living in the US.
4.  I just had some Chai and it made me happy.
5.  I love not caring about work getting done or not.  So liberating!

1.  drank LOADS of the best orange juice i've ever tasted

2.  had a great day at work with no Linda presence!

3.  Tesco had Ben & Jerry ice cream sandwiches (choc chip ice cream sandwiched between 2 choc chip cookies) on clearance for £1.09 a box, when they were previously £4.39... i bought the last 3 boxes!

4.  Dinner is smelling yummy.

5.  cute guy that sits next to me at work has a holiday home in Florida and offered to bring me back anything i want next time he goes over at Christmas..... awww, so nice!
