Friday Five!

1. Hair is frizzing today.
2. One of those days when boss is acting very weird.
3. Putting a bid on a house today - fingers crossed.
4. Tacos for dinner tonight.
5. I could not find my favorite pair of suede flats this morning.

1.  Douglas looks hot today
2.  Linda is being exceedingly (and uncharacteristically) nice today.
3.  Got invited to a girlie night out by a girl i dont really know, but who seems cool.
4.  Verrry close to solving a couple of work problems / ongoing mysteries
5.  Kind of excited about tonight's dinner

1. Jack went to nursery today without any problems at all.
2. got my cinnamon wreath in the post today.
3. Submitted my assignment on time!!
4. Filled out my application for Coventry Uni
5. Getting my roots done at 4.

1. this has been a long stressful week.
2. I was let down by one teenager and had to bribe another.
3. Tonight is leftovers and I really don't care who complains.
4. I had pumpkin pie.
5. I actually remembered to get the check for the milkman for the first time in weeks.

1) mailed off my passports to the home office today and hope I see them back real soon
2) FIL and his GF are in town now and will be seeing them in less than an hour
3) couldn't focus on work all day
4) Will be going to the guy fawkes celebration at Kingsmeadow tonight
5) actually have some alone time in the house right now (should be gone very shortly)

1. In exactly four weeks today we will be moving into our new house! *squeeeee*
2. Finding out I have an extra week of vacation I thought I had used.
3. Going to eat out for Thanksgiving - no cooking!!!
4. DD got two birthday invites in one week - ugh.
5. Only working three days next week.

1. Just made a banana bundt cake. The house smells great.
2. Nearly done the first assignment for my latest course.
3. I can't wait to get to the gym tonight.
4. I am going to enjoy the film festival with hubby this weekend (and next!).
5. We're meeting up with another Canadian-British couple for a pub lunch this weekend.

1. I'm off work until the 19th.
2. I went to town and forgot my wallet.
3. I had such a nice lunch with Stacey and her Mom.
4. James is out tonight so it's an easy dinner.
5. I'm on my second pot of coffee.

1.  Gonna  make a huge pot of chili and freeze it for next week.  

2.  Gonna go for a nice walk before it gets dark out.

3.  Gonna read a book on ghosts that I just got out from the library.  

4.  Gonna fit a good chunk of practice time in this weekend.   (pretend the guitar is a fiddle or a harp)

5.  I will be missing my hubby--it's our first weekend apart as a married couple.  

1.  We applied for a house that is gorgeous and we are the only applicants
2.   I don't have to get rid of my dog
3.  I'm not feeling well as I have a stuffy nose
4. I made it through the day at work
5.  DH hired not one but two employees today.

1. A quiet day at work today which is exactly what I needed.
2. Not looking forward to packing this weekend.
3. Going shopping for paint and window blinds this weekend.
4. I'm craving strawberries.
5. Just remembered DD has a birthday party tomorrow and I have not bought a gift yet.

2.  i've met someone who is going to prove very useful to me in my job!

4.  i'm going out for a drink with old friends tonight
5.  i'm meeting Stacey & Mindy for coffee tomorrow

4.  My mother-in-law - fun to be around (I'm lucky!) 

5.  My sister - loveable but what a goofball! 

1.  DD is over the tummy bug

2.  I haven't been to work in 16 days! 

3.  The kids and I made the cutest paper mache ( Spelling looks wrong however I type it, but you know what I mean, paper strips and glue) pigs today.  Glue everywhere, but it was fun.

4.  FIL and his 9 year old daughter are up for the weekend.    Could be a long few days.

5.  Am fitting into a couple pairs of old trousers again!!
