1) No work today - hooray!
2) I may have already lined up a joiner for some work we're going to have done in the house - soon!  My construction site management job has been getting easier with time.
3) Dinner with a lovely friend & her hubby tonight.
4) Lots of nice warm snuggles lately in bed with DH under our cozy winter duvet. It's so hard to get out of that bed these winter days!
5) We have plotted out our holidays for this year on the calendar already (Cyprus, a long walk, and the US).  Roll on spring & summer!

4.  Going to Manchester this weekend to work on putting up wallpaper at my FiL's house.

5.  It's cold and foggy outside, but I really should go for a walk. :-\\\\

I forgot today was Friday since I'm working tomorrow (it threw me off!).

Hubby home early from work with a bad cold.

I  made 2 big pots of minestrone soup--plenty to freeze for another night.

It is inceredibly windy outside, but I like it!

I got a really warm red wrap-style sweater with a hood from a charity shop today for only 3 pounds--yayy for once something *not* black!

2. I took a really long nap from about noon until nearly 4! :o
3. I live in the same town as Andee - and yes it is really very windy here today! :-\\\\
4. Steve got sent away from work early (at noon-ish) because it's so windy and the old historic mill building where he works - the high stacked brick chimney was swaying about! :)
5. So he spent the afternoon with his work mates in the pub instead. :D
