Friday Five!

I could do the no beer, no potatoes, and no pasta.  But the bread and the sugar would be really hard.  I eat lots of oranges so the natural sugar would be hard to avoid. 

Same here with me I could do without the beer, no potatoes, & no pasta, but I eat a large orange every morning with my porridge.

Das ist gut!

1. I have a hangover from two drinks....guess my body is trying to tell me it's not getting any younger.
2. Supposed to be very windy and rainy today.
3. Our yard is full of weeds and we are not sure what to do about them.
4. I wish the job I interviewed for a week ago would let me know something already.
5. I've started low carbing and have lost three pounds this week - and that's with having a couple of drinks with it.

1. i'm already packed for my trip tomorow.
2. i get to cuddle with my little sisters tomorrow night (in the US).
3. i found this nifty software online that automatically deletes dublicates in excel.
4. the tea on my desk is the perfect temperature.
5. so far the day's going well.

Friday Five
1.) I hope my passport is waiting for me at home, or comes tomorrow!
2.) I'm supposed to go out for drinks tonight, but my stomach is off and its not in the mood for drinking
3.) For the first time in weeks, I don't have a Friday night meeting scheduled after work!
4.) I do have, starting in 15 minutes, meetings for the rest of the afternoon though
5.) I am going to go visit some Free Scottish Historical sites this weekend

1.  Not coughing as much today.  I hope it lasts!
2.  DH's hire car broke down, so, he may not be home until late. 
3.  My mom told me that she is bringing my favorite Bath and Body Works stuff with her when she visits next month.
4.  We had a loud thunderstorm earlier and it made me happy.
5.  Really craving a Starbucks Chai and there isn't a Starbucks anywhere near me.

3. My housemate and I had a minor falling out.
4. I miss my friends and family in the US.
5. I'm drowning my sorrows in a cheeseburger and some beer tonight!

2. A bit of a shop in town today - right at the moment it started siling it down. (wet shoes!)
3. I need to cook tea tonight!  I'm so spoiled, my husband has been cooking for so many days straight - I can't remember the last time I cooked.
4. I really shouldn't be on here - I need to pack!

1.  My hubby is making a veggie stir fry tonight and he will try Japanese udon noodles in it this time. 
2.  I'm working tomorrow, but it's a short day for me, so it's OK. 
3.  I walked home from work again and got my time down to 1 hour and 4 minutes! 
4.  I got a package from a friend back in the US today--Dr. Hauschka face stuff samples!
5.  I just did my toenails sparkly silver!

4. Only worked three days this week.
5. Had a really nice birthday.
