1.  They kept the industrial a/c units cranked overnight at work and the office has dropped down to 23C inside.  Woo hoo!  The a/c's are so loud that we have to shout to one another though.  hee hee.  It's made for an interesting week.

2.  I get my teeth cleaned tomorrow.  I am going to get picky with the hygenist and not leave until I'm happy.

3.  We had our family photos last Sunday.  We've already had the "gallery" from the photographer and selected our images.  I'm amazed at the level of service.  And it she met us in our chosen location, an hour of photos, and 20 fully edited images for £99.  No complaints there!

4.  No idea what we are getting up to this weekend.  We definitely need to figure out plans for our holiday.  8 more sleeps to go!

5.  The amount of laundry my family produces in a week is astounding.  I am trying to figure out how to reduce the amount of wash.  My husband and I do not wash things after a single use for ourselves.  The kids do wear a fresh set of clothes each day because by the end of the day, they look like they've been dragged through a tunnel of paint and glitter by their ankles.  And the 4 year old loves a good splash in the water tray at nursery and has a "costume change" every day it seems.  Jammies are worn for several nights.  I just do not get how to reduce the amount of wash.  I did EIGHT loads on Monday and I didn't even wash towels!  It had been one week since I had done the laundry.  I really should change my user name to Always Doing Laundry.

1. IT'S FINALLY FRIDAY! THOSE 4 DAYS SEEMED TO LAST FOREVVVVEEERRRR!

2. I may be going to a gig in London last minute but it's an artist I really really love and we usually see once a year! Friend is selling a ticket and his mate has another spare. Husband has given me the okay so may be frolicking around Camden tomorrow evening after husband's motorbike MOT.

3. I am sitting on this forum when i should be doing work...Got a pile of chasers dumped on my desk at 4:45 yesterday evening by my task manager who told me he was given it 2 weeks ago and it needs doing by 12 on Friday...and I also have to chase another important process through. I can't do both.... great.

4. I'm loving today's weather!

5. Didn't pack my lunch today. Oops. Will have to go get something tasty across the road :)

Happy Friday Everyone!

1. My 1 year anniversary is on Sunday. I can't believe I've survived 1 year with this bam.

2. We are going to Tenerife for our anniversary. We are leaving today! I'm all packed and ready for our 3pm flight.

3. Sun and warm is in my immediate future.

4. My kids kill me. They are all young adults and they all live together in the family home. (Dad is out of the country most of the year for work.) I'll attach their newest "living together" problems. My son's fiance lives there too when she's out of university for break.

5. Going to Tenerife today!!

I love how they totally blanked you when you said you were going to a Spanish island tomorrow.

Have a ball in Tenerife!!!

That is an amazing price!  Prints, or digital, or both?  Does she give you full rights to reprint, publish, etc.?

Happy anniversary, and have a fantastic holiday, Tami!  Woo!

My Five:
1.  We are going to have pork carnitas chimichangas for dinner tonight (if I ever get moving and start the pork in the slow cooker)!

2.  We recently bought a single-burner portable induction hob to supplement our electric camp stove, and to try out induction hobs while we consider what we'll do in our future new kitchen (we're deciding between gas and induction).  It is able to get hotter than the old camp stove, so we have had homemade chips a couple of times recently, and I'd forgotten how good real chips are.  And now we're going to try chimichangas!  Wheeee!

3.  Three letters:  I. L. R.

4.  Three more letters: B. R. P.

Congrats on ILR JF Kimberly!

Happy Friday!!

1.) 4 day week, but longest.week.ever. And, well, work...[smiley=sleeping2.gif]  [smiley=bigcry.gif]

2.) It was my birthday on Tuesday and so I drank nice beer and went out for a nice meal and had a nice time. But left me kind of chasing a hangover for the rest of the week.   [smiley=laugh3.gif] [smiley=oops.gif]

3.) Gardening again this weekend.'Tis the season.  [smiley=daisy.gif]

4.) Less than a month before a quick holiday in the US. I cannae wait to see my nieces and nephews, who I haven't seen in the flesh in 1.5 years.  [smiley=smitten.gif]

5.) Wish my boss would hurry up and make up his mind for my trip to China. He seems to be a last minute, hurry up and go, drop everything kind of person. He doesn't seem to care that I actually have a life.  Pretty sure it will be "Go, book a flight for tomorrow for a few week long trip". At least I already have my visa.   :-\\\\
I've never gotten food on my underpants!
