Friday Five!

1.  got registered with new doctor
2.  got registered with new dentist
3.  talked to Debbie on the phone for first time in months
4.  Debbie told me about a guy who fancies me!
5.  baked cinnamon crumb cakes again

1. We finally have a definite delivery date of Tuesday for our new couch after being put off three times. 
2. I am broke, broke, broke until Monday.
3. Going to the pool at the recreation center this evening.
4. I really need to clean my house - it's a complete mess.
5. DH and I have taken on a new hobby of putting together puzzles.

I've been looking forward to filling out the Friday Five all week long because I knew it would be Friday! YAY!

1.) Three day weekend after a very long week workwise. YAY!
2.) Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) I have no plans this weekend at all
3.) I have heaps of laundry and deep cleaning to do. I hate laundry and cleaning.
4.) After pretty decent weather all week long, its pissing down with rain this morning
5.) Going to work on my critter and the roller coaster I'm building some more this weekend.

Yayyy! Its friday!!!!

1) I still have a cold but it seems to be getting better
2) My night-time cold medicine knocked me unconscious for 8 hours last night (i slept like a rock)
3) It was sunny when i left the house in my prescription sunglasses now its cloudy and ive not got my regular glasses.. looks like i'll be driving home in the dark!
4) My gym membership starts today
5) Im at work--trying to look busy so nobody gives me any work to do 

1.  I am happily NOT at work as I'm on the train down to London.  However, I really should be doing work rather than just playing on the internet.

2.  I am very happy the train is not crowded or full or rowdies like it usually is, plus I was lazy this morning and decided against taking the 6am train (way too early!).

3.  I have five glorious days of holiday from the in-laws!!

4. In just two weeks' time I will be on holiday for an entire 13 days!! First CT and then lovely Paris!

5. I left the cold, grey rain of Edinburgh for gorgeous sun down south!!

1. It's Friday!  Thankfully!  It has been one hell of a week...
2. Just got off the phone with my company contact in Singapore.  I am now really looking forward to my trip to Thailand.  It should be a really good experience.
3. Almost done with the last Harry Potter book (usually read them in a day, but, I started it and had a busy week)! 
4. Having veggie and black bean enchiladas for dinner.  YUM!
5. All the travel to Asia that I have to do will earn airmiles, which means I can afford to see my family next year!  HURRAY!

1. Got our new couch last night but it's the wrong one - going to have to sort that out today.
2. Had the exterminator come in yesterday and fumigate the place for fleas - inside and out - so hopefully that is finished.
3. Hoping DH is going to do burgers on the grill tonight - if the rain holds off long enough.
4. Sometime today I will hear if I got the job or not - fingers crossed.
5. I'm jealous that Dar is going to Thailand. Great, now the Murray Head "One Night in Bangkok" song is in my head. 

Have a good trip!

1. Feeling yuk today because of a work night out last night and the minutes are going by too slowly for my liking
2. SIL is visiting from Oban without my brother (always a good time to be had)
3. We're all heading up to the North East tomorrow for the weekend
4. Going to the Turriff show (really the worst thing in the world but worth it for all the great people watching and the sites you can see)
5. It's going to be raining so we'll be knee deep in mud and frozen all day - making the beer tent all the more attractive!

1.  Happily woke up to bright sunshine this morning!
2.  Really looking forward to my walk across the GGB with my best friend tomorrow.
3.  Sorted my ride for Burning Man.
4.  Slept awful but don't feel so bad.
5.  Have the house to myself this weekend!

1. Got all my errands done.
2. Got the top I really wanted.
3. Have to go back to work next week.
4. Have a fun weekend planned.
5. Did not do any of the cleaning that I planned.

1.  went to the hairdresser this morning
2.  went to a 20 year old girl's funeral this afternoon
3.  went to the pub after, for the wake
4.  walked fcking MILES after going the wrong way down the road from the station
5.  got sore feet, and this dog still needs walked

Yay! Friday!

1.  Woke up late because of too much to drink last night.
2.  This might be my last weekend in the States for awhile (or maybe not...why don't you get back to me British Consul!)
3.  I found out there is a new Thai place by my work, and intend to try out their green curry.
4.  I am going to try really hard to have a dinner that does not involve some form of tortilla.
5.  I can't wait for the farmer's market and yoga tomorrow. 

1. Avoiding doing actual "work" at work because NO ONE is here today
2. Should probably work extra hours tomorrow but don't feel like it
3. Looking forward to having a drink tonight
4. No paycheck this week ... no money in account
5. IT'S FRIDAY!!!!

Friday!

1.) I like starting the week on a Tuesday! It was nice and quick for me this week.   
2.) Hoping to go berry picking this weekend if the weather holds up
3.) Have mountains of laundry to do, hope the weather holds up so I can hang most of it up outside and not in the spare bedroom
4.) I will promise myself to work on my critter this weekend
5.) I have no motivation to do any work today

Yay for Friday!

1) I am not at work today - I love my schedule!
2) I had a good week at work.
3) Hoping it clears off enough today to get our one load of laundry dry soon-ish.
4) Then I need to pack.
5) Tomorrow we are off for a long weekend in Bath tomorrow - yay!
