Friday Five!

1.  Its Friday!
2.  Don't have anything to do at work, so, I have been surfing the net and reading my book.  Everyone is on holiday and I need information! Grrrr....
3.  Going to see the Dark Knight tomorrow
4.  I am really tired because I went to bed late last night.
5.  Trying to figure out what I am going to make for dinner.

Yay Friday!! 

1.  Am being moderately productive at work for a change.
2.  Am getting excited about our trip next week.
3.  Two weeks from today I will be in Paris !!
4.  In-laws are back today  so I have to go back to cooking dinners.
5.  Edinburgh Book Festival starts tomorrow !! 

1. I've done 7 miles this morning (and blistered feet can attest to that..)
2. I don't have to run for entire weekend! Hurrah!
3. Going to Newquay today and the weather is decent at the mo....
4. All the housework and laundry is done so I don't come home to a pigsty.
5. Having expensive birthday lunch out tomorrow at a nice fishy place..

1. Happy Friday everyone! 
2. Suprisingly I have been sticking to my diet - 95% at least. I even opted for yogurt and strawberries when someone had brought in a sinful baked good.
3. Our scale is broken but I have lost some weight because my clothes are a little loose.
4. I think our couch has been sucked into a black hole because it is nowhere to be found. Now I get to argue with the store manager today if I don't hear what I want. 
 
5. Our yard is screaming for attention this weekend - it looks awful.

1. I'm now off for two weeks.
2.we're having a war of wills with another section at work and so far we're winning out of pure determination and arsey-ness.
3. My friend was laughing so hard today she nearly choked on a peanut
4.  One more thing on my very long list of things I MUST do has been crossed off.
5. Ran into a good friend in town and had a good chat.

1. I am sore from the concert last night!

3. was offered a job this week, by a nice firm..but I don't necessarily want it.....but need it!
4. Waiting on a call from a job I want.... Almost a dream job....crossing fingers...

1.) Well I've been sick now for 1 week...   
2.) This week was short because I stayed home Wed and Thurs. but came in today because I was bored staying home. Not sure if this was the best idea to come in
3.) After a gorgeous day yesterday, the weather is crap today
4.) Doubtful that I will be doing anything this weekend
5.) Its pretty busy in the office today 

My friday five is oddly similar to phatbeetle's

1) Been sick 2.5 weeks now but finally feel like Im on the mend
2) Short week as well because i was home sick Wednes &Thurs but was really bored with daytime TV so came in today.
3) Lost 8 pounds because i had no appetite while sick... but plan on putting it all back on tonight when i have a yummy curry!
4) Weather is gorgeous... i want to go play outside!
5) Everyone in my office is sick.. but with different symptoms... I better not get sick with something else now!!! 

1. Still trying to shake one of my headaches.
2. Stacey and the girls are going to a teen movie this afternoon! I have a couple of hours off.
3. FINALLY talked to the teenager in the US and pinned her down about dates and destinations.
4.  Registered the 17 year old's birth at the US embassy.  FINALLY.
5.  Missed the excitement at work yesterday.  Someone not happy with their exam results punched a hold through the glass door and had to be rushed to hospital in an ambulance.  I got there just as they were hosing the steps down!

I'm putting this in Chit Chat by the way.  Just seems a more appropriate place than Games.

1.  Am in New Haven safe and sound.
2.  DH hated it at first but is now coming around.
3.  Have talked to my mom, dad, sister, MIL and cousin already!
4.  Have an interview in a couple hours.
5.  Jet lag!

1. Sunshine today and a dreaded bike ride with rugrats.
2. Packing nearly done! But where is my french dic?
3. Boys climbing walls with excitement.
4. One suitcase resembles a pharmacy
5. Sunshine, good food and infinity pool are beckoning.
