Friday Five!

Yay Friday!!
1. Barely managed to avoid jetlag from the US and slept straight through last night.
2. Barely got up on time to shower, finish packing, straighten up flat, and get to airport for flight.
3. My aunt, uncle and their relatives arrive Saturday to stay at mine while I am away.
4. Hope to get a haircut this weekend.
5. Did I mention I'm in Paris?

1.  I applied for a part-time job
2.  I discovered some gorgeous public gardens
3.  I joined a fab little private library
4.  The cats actually sat sort of near each other without fighting
5.  It's a bank holiday weekend!!

1) I feel like I have a hangover today but I only had 2 glasses of wine yesterday at lunchtime...
2) A customer that comes into our office and wee's on the bathroom floor everytime is in today.  but we cant say anything because 'hes the customer'
3) I drank too much diet cherry coke and feel bloated
4) Curry tonight (which wont help with the bloat-age).
5) Meeting up with a former UKY'er for lunch tommorow 

1. My little girl turned seven yesterday, she's getting so big.  :\\\'(
2. My seven year old asked last night when she is getting her own cell phone and her own computer in her room. 
3. The seven year old was quite disappointed when we told her it would be several years before either of those things happened.
4. Going to pile up on the couch with popcorn for a movie night with DH & DD.
5. Have family gatherings Saturday & Sunday and both are over an hour away.

1. I had to do the grocery shopping by myself again today. I know it's not usual for your DH to like to go with you, but he does, he just can't now!
2. I'm eating Oreos
3. My in-laws are talking about moving to the Orkneys.
4. DH is on day 3 of no smoking and doing pretty well.
5. I got Cath Kidston reuseable bags at Tesco today!

1.  Am happy my dad is finally out of the hospital (pneumonia and kidney infection).
2.  Took a chance on hanging out loads of washing on the line and then travelling the 40 miles to Greenock across the water and it didn't rain a drop!
3.  Hurray, we get to 'lie in' tomorrow.
4.  Bank holiday Monday, no post. 
5.  Hopefully the rain will hold off until Sunday.

1.  I forgot it was Friday due to a weird schedule this week.
2.  Working tomorrow, but then off for a few days in a row!
3.  Had yummy pizza for dinner tonight.
4.  A neighborhood cat comes by day and night now because hubby keeps giving him treats!
5.  Hubby and I have a gig coming up and I just hope my hand feels better soon.

2.  worked in Glasgow yesterday, instead of Edinburgh
3.  Im pretty much thinking that i want to move back there, but need to work out if this is a sensible move or not.
4.  met the lovely Teuchtar and her husband yesterday
5.  Dont want to see, smell or taste Southern Comfort again for a good wee while.

I'll do mine a day late too!

1. Had the worst week of work ever so am very happy it's the weekend.
2. Going to Edinburgh this weekend - meal and then a show at the festival
3. DH isn't going to come with because he's working (good because it's money coming in but bad because I want him to come!)
4. Met the lovely Quarter-Gill last night, had a great time 
5. Planning on some well overdue clothes shopping this weekend
