Dry shampoo that you can buy at Boots or Tescos is a great solution to that.

So's a hair-slide!   [smiley=mad.gif]

(I will look into the dry shampoo next time I'm out, though. Thanks!)

You just need to start watching Big Brother!  ;D

Well, I do off and on. Just not loving it this year I have to confess. DH and I used to watch it together but he's too busy with his PhD now and the in-laws, to put it mildly, loathe it. So I've sort of given up on regular viewing. Will def watch the eviction tonight but probably not the interview afterwards.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

3.  Being prepared to have a yard sale tomorrow.
4.  Watching The Muppet Show year 1 on DVD (makes me sing and tap dance spontaneously)
4.  Lena Horne circa 1970 looks alot like current day Michael Jackson.  Poor MJ, I really feel for that guy.

Jim Henson.  Best. performer. ever.   :-[

1) The weather here is absolutely miserable today - cold and rainy.  :(
2) The forecast for the weekend predicts much more of the same.  >:(
3) Fortunately, it ought to be a nice quiet day today with the house all to myself - hubby at work and the builder's not coming today.  :)
4) I am going to make either chili or Mexican food for tonight.  :D
5) We definitely need to start deciding the paint & carpet colours, etc (decorating) that we'll do in the bedroom once the builder is finished. [smiley=argue.gif]

4.) Thank goodness for friends and coworkers bringing me groceries, running errands for me, visiting me, cutting my grass. My friends in FL would have never done that stuff. Amazingly nice people here!
