Friday Five!

Happy Friday everyone!

1.) Its actually not raining this morning!!  However, subject to change at any minute!
2.) Sigh, still no change in my health  :\\\'(
3.) My parents are coming in less than 3 weeks and I'm excited, but due to #2, it will probably be a very boring trip for them!
4.) We've got a company family day tomorrow. Hope the weather is not total crap. I'm going to attempt to get out of the house for an hour and go.
5.)  Hopefully have some energy to do laundry, housecleaning, lawn mowing, etc. My house is falling apart!

1.  Gorgeous sunny day in London!

2.  Wearing jeans in to the office (hee hee) because I don't have anything suitable!

3.  Had a nice peaceful walk from my uncle's place to the tube station at about 7:15 am this morning.

4.  Had a lovely breakfast with my mate who is staying in my flat next weekend.

5.  New. York. City.  Tonight!!

2.  someone told me i look cute today!
3.  most of the team are in meetings, so i can get on with things in peace in the office
4.  got to buy dog biscuits/treats on my way home from work tonight
5.  got to phone my sister tonight to tell her some bad news

1) beautiful day to take the bairn out for a walk

2) veritable mountains of baby clothes from my sister that hers has outgrown--mostly new

3) fall is imminent--yay!

4) been able to pump milk to freeze the past two mornings

5) dh is off this weekend

1) Have a little headache this morning - probably related to last night's wine.

2) Finally getting mostly over my cold - I hope!

3) Need to get my ars* in gear & start getting this house sorted out.

4) Hoping to make some serious progress on laundry & housecleaning today.  (please let it not rain so my clothes will get dry outside on the line!)

5) Tomorrow - our latest DIY adventures begin. (although we've both taken the week after next off work as a decorating holiday so we don't have to spend every waking hour of the weekends DIY-ing)

1) Had possibly the best interview Ive ever done yesterday, but it last 2.5 hours!
2) After the interview, when I got home, I got a migraine so bad I threw up 
3) Migraine is gone today.
4) The people I interviewed with are calling me today for a phone interview as well... isn't that usually done 1st?
5) Will know if I got the job on monday. *fingers crossed*

1.  I coloured my hair this morning so am feeling slightly less of a crone
2.  Two loads of washing out on the line ... come on, sunshine!

5.  Am off to Wales on Monday for a much needed week+

1.  Got a good night's sleep last night but starting to have cold gunk.  Boo!
2.  Have my last interview today (thankfully) and will decide on who to hire today.
3.  My hair looks quite good considering it needs color and a cut.
4.  DH and I are getting a nice eliptical machine soon thanks to his overtime!  Hurray!
5.  If the weather stays nice, we are off for a nice bike ride on Sunday.

1. Had lunch with my favourite workmate
2. Picked up travellers cheque for my holiday
3. DH has had all his hair cut off! (not sure if that's good or bad yet since I haven't seen it) 
4. Only 1 more day of work until a week in the sun
5. When I get home from holiday, my friends from vancouver will be here 

1. Home for second day in a row with a sick DD.
2. She is feeling much better today - has her appetite back and seems in better spirits.
3. Not looking forward to seeing what will be on my desk when 8am rolls around Monday.
4. Since DD is feeling better today I have taken the opportunity to get a lot of the housework done so I'll have the weekend free.
5. My hair is now a beautiful red - we'll see how long it lasts before the gray fights it's way through.

1.  Home early today and off tomorrow and Sunday plus it's supposed to be sunny--yay!
2.  I'm making chilestrone (a combo of chili and minestrone) for dinner.
3.  Big changes at my work which I'm not thrilled about but could end up working in my favor in the long run.
4.  Hopefully I will be able to get in touch with my best friend this weekend via Skype.
5.  I'll call my Mom, too!

1. Finally got a working computer at home again!
2. Have decided NOT to go into work over the weekend no matter how much crap is sitting on my desk and how many phone calls I've gotten today.
3. The weather is lovely and sunny and just the right amount of warm.
4. I forgot that I was making deviled eggs and left the eggs boiling for ages so I'm hoping they turn out ok.
5. I've got a warm snuggly puppy curled up on my feet so what could be better than that!

1. The deposit is finally paid on the wedding venue! Yay!
2. Curly fries came with my lunch today! Yum!
3. I have pilates tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it.
4. My mom called me at work. Now I know where I get my rambling conversation skills!
5. I need to figure out how to set up a Paypal account.

1. A good friend is coming for dinner tonight
2. Gorgeous weather today
3. My son and the girl next door have been playing together every day after school - so cute! (He told me that he loves her.)
4. I had a great big hearty laugh over the fact that my sister's friend was going to visit her in Paris, but showed up at the airport with an expired passport. Hee-hee!
5. My dog hopped the fence and ate all the (wild) bunnies in the hole next door.   

1. Stressful week is finally over.
2. Ate lunch with friend who just came back from maternity leave.
3. Going apple and pear picking with DB tomorrow.
4. No clue what to cook and don't really want to bother.
5. I have a headache and my eyes hurt.
