I've read that remembering dreams is bad, because that means you woke up enough to remember it. Then again, I read it on the Internet so who knows if it is true.
Personally, I can't say I've had a difference before or after treatment.
What I have had a huge difference in is brain fog and irritability. I wonder if some of the symptoms of sleep Apnea might be making the problems at work worse?
Don't let them delay your treatment if you are feeling the effects. Carrie Fisher died on a plane from it and her family decided to make it public to raise awareness.
Oh, don't get me wrong, I have no idea what my dreams were about. There is only one dream I've had in all my life that I can remember vividly to this day. I am just aware that I was having them.
I also don't doubt for a second that the sleep apnea could also be a contributing factor to the issues I'm having at work. I'm tired all the time, sometimes I can be pretty grumpy (though I do not take this out on people at work, I am aware of the fact that I have "resting b*tch face"), I am probably easily stressed out. So I am hoping being investigated for this will help in the long run.
That said, I am not impressed at all by the way this ongoing situation at work has been handled by my managers, and I am 100% confident in the decision I've made to leave.
