Friday Five!

Happy Friday!

1.) Spent the last few days on the Isle of Lewis
2.) Going back to the 'ness tonight
3.) Will stop off in Ullapool for some fantastic fish and chips
4.) Think we're going to Edinburgh tomorrow for a few days
5.) My parents are having a great time here! 

1.  Never wearing these trousers to work again!
2.  Spookily quiet around here
3.  This is the last Friday i ever have to work with THE TROLL
4.  Brought my car in today, so i can nip home and suprise my doggy at lunchtime!
5.  Switching the phone off, making a huge bowl of popcorn and watching 'Young Frankenstein' tonight!

1. Chilly but sunny day. I like sunshine and welcome it
2. TGIF, I needed this day to come yesterday!!!
3. I like sleeping and cant wait to get back into my comfy bed and snuggle up with DH and my pup!
4. Had a bad night, but can feel optimistic today that it will get better.
5. I dislike cold fingers!

Happy Friday

1. Seriously broke but looking forward to a relaxing weekend anyway.
2. Taking a chance I ordered my new pants a size smaller because my current ones are a bit loose and when I put them on this morning and they fit perfectly. I am officially down a pant size! 
3. The new shirts I ordered are a bit loose too! I can put those in the dryer to shrink a bit though.  Ordered a sweater that looked good online but was butt ugly when I received it - that's going back.
4. DD is going to a birthday party tonight from 6-9 so DH and I get a couple of hours to ourselves.
5. Going to rent the new Indiana Jones movie for this weekend. 

1.  Last day of work then I'm off for a week.

2.  Our 1 year wedding anniversary is Monday and hubby booked a secret cottage somewhere for the weekend for us.  I bet it is somewhere beautiful and quaint!

3.  I am never eating Thai green curry again because my tummy is still upset from having it two nights ago--creamy coconut--yuck.

4.  Thinking of how to do the shop windows up for Halloween.

5.  Definitely planning on going to the Bronte museum while I'm off next week.

1.  Meeting up with Geeta & Stacey this afternoon!

2.  Don't have to go to work till Tuesday

3.  eating gingerbread for breakfast

4.  off for a Lush bath in a bit

5.  so pleased i no longer have to fret over my Christmas party frock!

2. Packing

3. Getting up very early tomorrow

4. Flying to Calif

5. Sitting in my dad's backyard tomorrow with a large glass of chardonnay

1.) Said goodbye to my parents on Wednesday morning, we had a great holiday!
2.) Starting the work week on a Wednesday is good, you only have to suffer for 3 days and it goes quick!
3.) Going to Edinburgh tomororrow to meet up with Geeta, et all 
4.) Despite all the proper precautions, I got SOAKED walking to work today
5.) Going out to Abstract tonight, a Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmare Resturant. Want to see if its up to scratch...

1. Going to Costco after my Drs appointment this morning.
2. Really hoping I get a phone call about the job I interviewed for on Tuesday.
3. My mom's coming out of the hospital today and I wish I was there, but I'm relieved that one of my brothers will be.
4. I'm watching, obsessively, 2 items on ebay and plan to swoop in on them soon.
5. Haven't decided what yet, but I think I will bake something today.

3 - the Flying Scotsman is waiting on track 7 to whisk us to Edinburgh!

4 - wearing my England football jersey today, but I need to cover it up when I reach Edinburgh.

5 - my leaving-drinks-to-end-all-leaving-drinks is in 8 hours!

1. Was late for work
2. have two hours over time tonight
3. looking forward to the weekend, wine and some video games
4. Excited about new Star Wars:The Old Republic news I read this morning
5. Apparently, I missed two packages delivered.

Oooooh!  Is it black lace over red satin?  I have a dress made like that - only with wide satin black straps and a black satin ribbon sash.  We could be twins!
