Friday Five!

1. I only had to work two days this week.
2 Today I get to do fun stuff with friends.
3. The eleven year old went to the cinema with friends and has big trick or treating plans.
4. The 19 year old is probably coming home for Sunday lunch.
5. Both the husband and I remembered to buy Halloween candy but we haven't found a pumpkin anywhere.

1.  Nothing to do at work
2.  No plans tonight, except grocery shopping
3.  Pretty bummed out
4.  Tired
5.  Feel like crying all day

Man, I am usually in a better mood, but today I just feel like total crap...

1. It's official, I leave 3 weeks from today.
2. I'm tired and need a shower.
3. Overwhelmed with packing issues and citizenship app stuff.
4. Just want to go to bed but have to do something, anything on my list of thing that MUST be done!
5. Happy Hallowe'en!

1. Going away this weekend
2. Had my PDR today, apparently I'm doing a good job 
3. Got Take That tickets for Hampden next year 
4. Alone in the office today, which I hate. 
5. Did I mention that I got Take That tickets 

1. Fat Friday lunch with some co workers!
2. not sure if I'm happy or not to be going into town to find some leggings to keep me warm tonight.
3. I'm already cold. Gonna freeze tonight at the party when we're outdoors...craziness.
4. I can't wait to see Opeth in November.
5. I'm hungry now...arg.

1. I get to leave work early at 1pm!
2. Finally busy at work after a few days of doing almost nothing on return from holiday.
3. Three weeks until I start my new job!
4. So looking forward to relaxing this weekend after a really not-so-fun week.
5. Did I mention I get to leave work early today?

1. Happy Halloween!
2. Work is having lunch catered in by a wonderful restaurant today.
3. The seven year old is about to burst to go trick-or-treating with her cousins tonight.
4. Almost got ran over this morning by some idiot who did not feel lights in pitch black was necessary. 
5. Should be a pretty relaxing day today and hopefully a relaxing weekend.

Friday!

1.) My morning has so far been like this 
2.) Thank godness I'm going to the pub after work!!! The pints will be flowing tonight! 
3.) Going to the opera this weekend 
4.) My engineering team has some really funny and dirty minds!! I love it!
5.) All I have to say is, thank goodness this work week is over. Its been a nightmare.

1. Off work today which is good because I didn't feel great when I woke up.
2. Looks like renewing my US drivers license will be easy enough.
3. Already skint and looking forward to the next payday!
4. The sun is finally shining here today!
5. I have nothing to eat for dinner, but I'm feeling like junk food of some sort.

1. See phatbeetle's # 1 and insert same here.
2. Sales reps at work driving me crazy half-a$$ing their work.
3. DD gone until Sunday on a trip with her grandparents. The husband and I had some drinks and played the Wii for hours last night.
4. Going to the museum tomorrow followed by a Chinese lunch and a movie. 
5. In the mood for wine tonight but not sure what kind I want.

1. Just got home from spending the last few days in Lyon.
2. Going to spend the weekend recovering from 4 days of eating and drinking too much.
3. DF is still in Lyon and will fly to Germany tonight and finally come back on Sunday
4. Trying to stay positive about starting my new job on Monday.
5. I turned the heating down low before I left and now I am sitting in my house freezing hoping it gets warm soon.

1) We got new bedroom carpet and it's RED! 
2) I spent the morning waiting for the carpet fitters to turn up, who were to be here mid-morning.  Who knew that 'mid-morning' means 11:30 am?!
3) Now I need to hoover the new carpet fuzzies up.
4) Lots of housework - no motivation.
5) Hooray for the weekend!

1.  The soundtrack of this day is "dingaling" (my cat's favourite mouse has a bell on it, and he's being a bit obsessive with it today)
2. I am reading the world's worst chick lit mystery thing.
3. I am going to start the Curly Girl routine today because my hair looks like crap crap crap no matter what I use on it.
4. Just called the ambulance for an old man who fell over.  I felt sort of weird.  All the other adults left and it was just me and about 40 teenage lookyloos waiting for them to show up.
5. The ressession has to have started.  I spent about 40 minutes in a bookstore, got a stack of books, and thought better of it.  Normally, I don't go into a bookstore because I have some weird compulsive book purchasing disease.

Happy Friday! Thank goodness its Friday, its been a LONG week

1.) Today is World Diabetes Day
2.) Several of us are leaving work today to go into local primary schools to raise awareness about diabetes, explain the different types, prevention of type 2, etc
3.) The same group of us are having a stall in the continental market tomorrow for the same thing as #2
4.)The Inverness Castle and Cathedral are lit up blue in honour of World Diabetes Day (also our doing with the help of the council)
5.)Have to go to an architectual conference dinner with J tonight
