Friday Five!

I got a smoothie machine for my b/day as well. I have been having smoothies for my breakfast couple times a week now. there are alot of recipes on-line if want any interesting ideas for your smoothies.

Sure no problem enjoy.   

1.  at work someone reported that there were no lights showing on the vending machine.  I asked 'does it seem to have power to it?' and the fcking cow said to me in the sarkiest, b*tchiest voice 'what would you suggest i do?  put my finger in the socket to test it?'

2.  countless people did the >>heavy sigh<<  thing down the phone when i was typing up their work orders throughout the day.  They'd been waiting less than 2 minutes.

3.  the curry shop had no koftas, and no fish.

4.  my clay cooker arrived in today's post, smashed to bits.

5.  I have a bottle of Stoli vanilla vodka in the freezer!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

1. IT'S FRIDAY!
2. Getting a facial at 4:45!
3. Getting sushi take-away after the facial.
4. Going home to enjoy sushi take-away and bottle of wine.
5. Robert will be here a week from today!

1.  Just had a huge thunderstorm here.  I love thunderstorms.
2.  Leaving work early today! 
3.  Getting my hair cut and a new colour, so, a sorta new me!
4.  Having a game night with some friends.  I am going to win this time, I swear!
5.  Less than 9 weeks until I see DF 

1.  my eyes are swollen
2.  my head has been splitting all day
3.  I didnt have time to straighten my hair, so felt really ugly all day.
4.  Most people at work looked and felt worse than me, cos they were out last night and had to come in hungover.
5.  After last nights Eastenders, i cant wait to see what tonight's eppy will bring!

1) Work is getting better or else I am caring less - which makes it seem better!
2) Lunch at our old favourite dodgy pub with my work mates.
3) It's Friday - yaye for the weekend!
4) Dinner is underway, but probably won't eat until about 9 pm.
5) Cocktails now, wine later!

2. Claritin seems to be working - YAY!
3. Seeing BF in a few hours - YAY!
4. BF's flight is delayed which ruins our dinner plans - Boo!
5. Many people have left work early today, which leaves me here in peace and quiet.

1.  Two days off, except I do have to go in this weekend.

2.  Last weekend without DH.

3.  Quiet evening at home doing laundry.

4.  Made some rice and lentils for dinner.

5.  Going to sleep early tonight.

1. The start of the weekend - Yay!!

2. DH is on the way home with booze!

3. Don't have to cook tonight.

4. DD's class did a Mother's Day program and they were so cute!

5. This Mother's Day is expected to be low key - DH's family sometimes makes big plans for holidays.

1.  I've had 3 cups of coffee already.
2.  Getting excited about seeing our friend's Irish band play in Bradford tomorrow night!
3.  Going to write some snail mail letters to friends back in the US on cute stationery I got at the charity shop.
4.  Planning on making curry tonight even though we had curry last night 'cause I already soaked the chana dal.
5.  I am procastinating and really should go outside for a good long walk today since it is not raining and the sun keeps peeking out.

1. I think I managed to get closer to making my now wavy hair look nice this morning.  But it is humid out so who knows if the frizz monster will attack.
2. Wearing a really cute pair of wedges that I found at Payless a couple of weeks ago.
3. Have a lovely bottle of red wine awaiting consumption at friend's house this evening.
4. Got a very sweet email from DF this morning.
5. All our nice weather went away and has been replaced with nasty cool temperatures and rain.  And it is going to be like this all weekend. 

1.  I have been having Braxton-Hicks contractions ever since lunch.  Not painful, just weird.
2.  I am excited to move into my third trimester on Sunday--wow it's gone fast!
3.  I am hoping the weather will stay as it is today (sunny and warm)
4.  I have no major plans for the weekend and I like it like that.
5.  I have to begin getting my suitcases packed--I move in 24 days 

1. I haven't bothered getting dressed today.
2. There's a bottle of Smirnoff waiting for me in the freezer.
3. My husband and I have been discussing where we can move that will accept two cats, until we buy a place.
4. My husband is studying, so I'm on the computer today.
5. There's nothing decent on TV tonight.

1. The closer to DF's visit, the more we have "issues."  Just silly little spats.  We've never had this before, but, I know it is common among LDR couples.  Still a bit of a headache though. 

2. It is finally Friday, thank god.
3. In a general bad mood.
4. Rainy out.  Wish it was sunny so it would help my mood.
5. Having a "I feel like a beached whale" day.
