Basically, it's like bolognese- my family puts loads of different types of meat in it (veal, some pork, beef) let it simmer for a few hours and it's a-maz-ing!
From my ex-mother-in-law who was Italian, I learned that Italians call their tomato sauce gravy because it has meat in it, hence the use of the term gravy, not sauce.
My 5:
1. Too much going on this weekend--working Saturday and then....
2. Going out for a curry to celebrate hubby's friend's birthday...
3. Getting together with a friend from the US (who is here in the UK travelling and visiting her boyfriend) on Sunday....
4. Feeling very under-prepared and under-practiced for the tunes session on Sunday so I probably will just sit on the sidelines and not play

...
5. Thinking about baking some beet-root brownies (should really be called purple-ies!) that I saw Hugh what's-his-name make on River Cottage.
