Friday Five!

1. Today is my last day living with my housemates! 

2. Went for a quick one after work with some friends and actually only had one! 

3. This is my last weekend in Bath. 

4. Work was busy today so I wasn't too bored.

5. My belly hurts a little. 

YAY! It's techinically my "Friday," and since we won't have internet access for a few days, I hope no one minds if I go ahead:

1. Have the next two days off to finish moving - whoop whoop - it's Friday for me and DH!   

2. Gonna spend our first night in our new place tonight.... sooo excited! I can't believe how toasty and warm we will finally be!

3. Getting my hair done on Friday by someone who is apparently the best hairdresser around these parts - can't wait!

4. My best friend booked her flight last night and we decided to wait a bit on booking our other holiday so we could spend the money on her and live it up while she is in town! We will be spending a few days in Edinburgh with her next month, so that is exciting enough for me since I haven't been. Will book for Greece or Spain in April to hopefully go in June, methinks.

5. We have changed the company name, and I struggle to get the new name out every time I answer the phone! 

I hope everyone has a great Friday when it rolls around! 

1.) Still waiting on my letter to see a specialist from my urgent referral from my GP... Thought things marked urgent were supposed to be taken care of within 2 weeks...oh well...6 months of pain is really getting old, especially since I've now gotten a huge immunity to pain meds now...

3.) I cannot be bothered with working today...
4.) I'm struggling of thinking of 5 things to post...

1. Not sure if I'll get into work for my last day.
2. Not sure I'm going to be able to get everything into my bags for the move.
3. Worried about driving to Cardiff tomorrow morning because of the snow.
4. There seems to be something wrong with the Sky dish (probably the snow), so I'm stuck watching BBC1 right now. They keep pointing out this one car that couldn't make it up the hill.
5. I am almost out of milk for my coffee.

1. Commute was freezing and slushy, jeans soaked up loads of water, sitting at my desk with wet cold feet and legs.
2. Boss  says go home early because of snow and see #1
3. We found a flat! Can't wait to move
4. Going to buy some boots on way home because of #1
5. Have everything I need for Stubbs style jalapeno creamed spinach at home yay!

Five things about my Friday:

1.  Looking forward to watching Rugby with friends tomorrow.
2.  Still need to get out of my yoga pants.
3.  Success in brainstorming new business product ideas
4.  Changed my soul destroying stupid thinking to positive thoughts.  Woo Hoo!
5.  looking forward to a lovely large glass of red wine and corn and seafood chowder tonight.

1 A third day off work
2. Not sure if the boys are going tonight so another night with them
3. A fantastic training session last night that has left me battered but happy
4. The scales are being kind!
5. A week until we go to Paris

1. At the beginning of the week I loved snow. Now I can't stand it and wish it would go away.

2. I've been trying for three hours to log on to our remote server so I can check my work emails but it's not working.

3. I'm feeling determined to change my attitude about getting up to exercise. Next week I'm turning over a new leaf.

4. I have a huge to-do list but I don't really feel like doing anything on it.

5. My skin is super dry - I need a spa day!!!

1. Working on creating my CV... finally. 
2. Going out to a drag queen cabaret tomorrow, and I can't wait
3. Still fit into a little black dress I bought 10+ years ago.
4. Need to buy new shoes to go with said little black dress
5. My kitties are both desperate for love today; I'm using one as an armrest right now

1.  had 4 tubes of blood drawn this morning for tests
2.  my colleague is eating haggis & chips and the smell is sending me demented
3.  said colleague and i are going for a quick drink after work
4.  going to the pub with the boyfriend tonight
5.  feeling very happy!

1) this is not really snow. i am qualified to say that as i'm from chicago.

2) i finally have an excuse for putting the bairn in her snowsuit.

3) worried about putting said beast back on the regular antibiotics tomorrow (hospitalised yet again last weekend).

4) have to make a rhubarb crumble to take to sister-in-law's for dinner tomorrow night.

5) cheese & coleslaw sandwiches from the canteen at work are the highlight of my week. how said is that?

1. I'm very happy it's Friday. This week has dragged.
2. No plans for the weekend but I hope to get a facial tomorrow.
3. Sick to death of the snow turned slush and not looking forward to the prospect of more to come.
4. I have a drawer full of root veggies that I need to find something to do with.
5. Frustrated by not getting post for nearly a week. The milkman managed to make it here today and Monday.

1. No customers were in today so the manager said one of us could go home early.  They didn't need to ask me twice.
2. Despite two days off it still seemed like a long week.
3. Our washing machine is being delivered on Sunday after not having one for far too long!
4. The eleven year old has had two mufti days in a row.
5. I'm bored with the snow.

1. I NEED it to be spring.
2. My job sucks.
3. I'll be cooking up a feast for a dinner party tonight - belated birthday dinner.
4. Yorkshire Yanks book club tomorrow.
5. Hoping to then hibernate until next Tuesday when I have to return to my suck-a** job.

1. Sleep deprivation has been the theme of this work week, and I am so ready for a good, long sleep in tomorrow.
2. I thought I was making fantastic progress on this project due next Thursday (before I leave for vacation), but I've just encountered a serious hangup. So I'm posting on UKY forums instead. That outta fix it!
3. I'm helping my friend do her taxes and take photos of things she's selling tonight. In trade, she's knitting me a beautiful scarf to go with the hat she knit me for this winter.
4. Even though it's 7F (-14C) outside and there is 2ft of snow on the ground everywhere but the roads, I'm perfectly content with the conditions. I really do love winter.
5. This week finally kicked it up a notch, and I no longer feel like time is standing still.
