Friday Five!

1. It's going to be nice and warm(ish) this weekend.  Finally.

2. DH and I are finally going to clear out the pile of stuff in the basement and take it down to St. Vinnie's.

3. It's movie night!

4. I'm seriously thinking about making pancakes for dinner.

5. Going to my favorite library today.  I want to live there.

1) We've had a few small glimpses of sunshine this morning so far.

2) We are going to the theatre tonight.

3) And a curry before the show.

4) Valentine's Day tomorrow - woohoo!  DH cooks me a nice meal, plus champagne & a gorgeous chocolately dessert!  (I bought him a little pressie too.)  VD also marks the half-way point in the year between our wedding anniversaries, so not only is it Valentine's Day - it's also our half-anniversary! 

5) Hoping for a quiet, snuggly weekend otherwise.

2.) Have lost all faith with the medical profession for helping me
3. Can't say my mental health is too good right now
4.) Friends and J have been great
5.) I didn't even realize it was Friday

1. It's been a surprisingly long grinding week and customers were getting on. my. last. nerve.
2. I have TWO washing machines sitting in the middle of my tiny kitchen and neither one is hooked up.
3. The washing machines are blocking the back door and our old cat refuses to come in the front door.  So, we have to keep going out and getting him.
4.  Next week is half term and I'm not working at all.  Good for my mental health, bad for my pocket book.
5. I have to wait all day (between 8am and 6pm) for the washing machine guy. No doubt he'll show up at five to six.

1) I have dentist today at 2.30  ( or tooth hurty as everyone keeps joking in the office - yawn )

2) My car mechanic has fell off the face of the planet.

3) My heart feels that its going to expload out of my chest in fear of the dentist.

4) I want a big fat coffee from Nero's

5) Taxi was actually on time for once.

1. We have the little guy for the first time in the new house with no stairgate, a bit nervous about what the weekend will be like, but I guess we can't keep him caged up forever!

2. I will be cooking cheese mash all day at work today for new product development, which must mean some yummy samples!

3. The roads up here are treacherous, but getting to be a bit less hazardous, so maybe we can finally do our shopping tomorrow.

4.  A couple of MP's are coming in today, so I will have to do the tea service for them, blah! I HATE making tea and coffee these days, I've been having to do it all day long since the new MD arrived. He even made me take him a cup all the way up to his office this morning!  It's funny how men never get asked to make tea....

5. Looking forward to the weekend for deffo! And my best friend's flight is three weeks from today! WOOHOOO!!!!!! 

1. The cat actually didn't annoy us last night at 1, 3, 5, and 6am.

2. Because of this we slept later and DF almost missed his train.

3. Attempted my first non-treadmill run in ages and it was a disaster.

4. I hate running.

5. Hoping to finally have my phone unlocked today so I can use my new SIM card!!!

1.  finished up work on a half day today, but am still hanging around like a ghost, killing time.
2.  going to pick up DB from the airport at 14:00
3.  eating last night's leftover tortellini for lunch

5.  think i'll go and wander around a bit, and maybe take a pic for my 365, to kill time.

1. Had to miss DD's Valentine class party today due to work but MIL is filling in thank goodness - DD didn't seem to mind.
2. Having to shell out money I don't really have for next year school registration and summer camp registration in the same month.
3. Everytime we settle on a dog breed DH ends up changing his mind - apparently he has not found the bio-engineered breed that will experience no health problems ever, is non-shedding and comes already perfectly trained.
4. Kind of in a funk today - just glad it's Friday.
5. Really worried about money right now - we're ok but just.

1. I put off grocery shopping all week, so now I must brave the Friday shoppers.  Ick.

2. It's movie night!  Although, we're letting the five year-old pick, so I have a feeling we'll be watching Wall•E for the umpteenth time.

3. Got new glasses yesterday, and I think I like them.  Still on the fence a bit, though.

4. I am officially done with Valentine's Day for this year.  Thank God.

5. We're taking our son to see the Peking Acrobats on Monday.  He's so excited, I don't know if he'll make it through the weekend!

1.  I'm off this weekend and Monday as well--will spend the three days with hubby as he is off work for half-term.

2.  A bit worried about my tooth which had a root canal done over 10 years ago.  It's been hurting off and on and my dentist may have to remove the crown and poke around. 

3.  Recent brainstorming has led to three possibilities for new musical outlets.

4.  I'm really in the mood for rice pudding!

5.  I had what I think was a short-lived panic attack at work today--I was overwhelmed and on my last nerve with with a worker and a customer.  I am very happy about number 1.  on my Friday Five list!

2.  going to my mate Andy's leaving do tonight
3.  going to a wedding reception tomorrow
4.  got a beautiful dress to wear to said reception
5.  kicking myself for selling my silver shoes on eBay now, cos they'd have looked beautiful with the dress
