Hi everyone

I moved to England in August 2006 with a spousal visa. I have yet to find a job here, and my only taxable employment in the US over the past year was one month (May 2006) when I worked as a temp. I'm just wondering if I'll have any trouble if I have to file my W2 form for that work in the US since I'm over here now. I'm new to all this US and UK tax stuff so I'm a bit ignorant really.

Is your husband American or British or some other nationality?

You do have to file for the US; we can give you better advice if we know your marital situation.
