Personally I am anti-peanut butter. I have had the misfortune of eating rancid peanut butter, not once, but twice!

This article just proved my already known opinion that peanut butter is, in fact, evil.

Sorry you've had bad luck with peanut butter, but LOL, this sounds like something that would happen to me :P  I have terrible luck  ::)

I found the peanut butter in the UK to be dry and gritty, like theres sand in it, so I bring back Skippy's from USA...yes Sams club 6lb jars, lol.  I do agree some American peanut butter is sweet, but isnt that better than gritty? lol.  Unless u can tell me of a UK brand that isnt gritty?  As I dont want to keep wasting PB.  Oh and tried giving my Brit hubby a PB and jelly sandwhich (which he never heard of) and he thought it was really gross, lol.

Gritty?  ???  You mean the peanuts arent ground up finely enough?  You might want to try Sunpat Super Smooth.

I don't think the peanut butter here tastes very nice either. I like Skippy too!

I'm a Skippy chunky girl all the way!!  I have not found peanut butter I like here at all.  It seems drier and stickier somehow with less flavour.

When my children were younger they did not like Skippy or Peter Pan so all that I have ever bought since then is Jif. (I did not like peanut butter when I was younger, but I do now). The grocery store's shelves have only Jif and Organic PB on the shelf now since the recall. :)

What if you like only smooth Peanut butter there description say slighty crunchy, I don't like crunchy PB never have. I'm just wandering do you know if they make smooth as well? if not then I will stick with my smooth Jiff peanut butter.

most wonderful additive free peanut butter daily – with no salt, no sugar, no fillers – just pure peanut butter specially milled to a slightly crunchy peanut butter texture.

not sure, however... they dont have this stuff sitting around in jars;  they make it up fresh when you order it, so perhaps you could ask them to make it less crunchy?

That sounds like just the kind of peanut butter I like: just plain peanuts.
