I've been thinking about getting Sky+ as well. A few mates have it, and whilst I'm not 100% clued up on it, I'm 95% sure that you can watch one channel whilst recording another.

I'm pretty sure if you look on the Sky+ section of the sky site it'll probably tell you?! failing that, just give them a call and ask! - I know there are forums for sky tv so maybe have a little search out for those!?!

Dh & I have Sky+ box you can watch something while something else is recording. also if you have 2 things recording at the same time an you have something already recorded on your Sky+ box. you can watch that while the other 2 programs are recording at the same time. did I mention how much I love my Sky+ box.  [smiley=smitten.gif]  Dh & I each have our own Sky+ box's we got them when they had a sale on them about year & half ago. but you have to have Sky multi room for both TV's to be working on different TV channels though.

The Sky+ box's are awesome cause Dh can be in his room watching all his sports Programs & older English programs & while I'm in the living room watching all of my American programs that Dh doesnt like to watch. the 10 pounds month we spend on the multi room is well worth it in our house, saves on the arguing who gets to watch what & when. if you can afford it & want it  I highly recommend getting a Sky+ box & multi room. I dont work for Sky either.

getting sky plus on saturday!!!  yeah!!!  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif] Congrats on Getting Sky+  once you have it you will wander what you did without it. if you watch alot of tv like Dh & I do, one of our better investments.  ;D
