Now comes the fun bit - choosing new this, and new that, idea this and idea that! *tongue in cheek* just make sure you got the dosh to pay for it all after you see those mortgage repayments going out of your account each month! (since the low of 4.25% interest rates a couple years ago, the current 5.25% and me paying a tracker +1% mortgage so 5.25% -6.25%) my mortgage has gone up by just over £105 in the repayments! yuk, and the likliehood of interest rates going up to 6% by the end of this year (hope not!) means higher payments - I hope you got yourself a decent term for a fixed rate mortgage?!
apart from all that - enjoy enjoy your new space! that's still a feeling that can't be taxed!
