Oh, but what great television she makes!!  She may not go so soon.

Yes but I don't think her team members will take her to well. At first when we saw her singing I wasn't too bothered (a tad weird but as an American...you just slag it off as a bit eccentric) but then I thought "what would the Brits think"....probably OTT in their book. Again early days! I really love this show (not into any other reality programs).

I don't think I've ever seen such a condescending project manager and such a nasty episode... have I?
They were so obnoxiously and unnecessarily RUDE and disrespectful to each other!!

(no wonder he went bankrupt!)

I have to totally agree with you. Rory treated them like children and I can't stand Tre at all!  He is very disruptive.    The men's team didn't work well together at all. I was quite pleased with the women's team

As soon as Rory opened his mouth and started issuing orders my husband said ''you're fired''  ;D

What does taking your coat off have to do with coming up with an idea anyways?  ::)

Had he handled it VERY differently, and SUGGESTED or ENCOURAGED them to do whatever made them more comfortable in being creative, taking the jackets and ties off can help them feel 'loosened up' a bit... subliminally or not... and may help them work TOGETHER as a TEAM to create...
What a failure.
Talk about a backfire.
DO THIS.  DON'T DO THIS.  DO AS I SAY.
NOW CREATE.

What a failure.

But such a handsome failure. Sigh .....

By the way, I have a very good idea of where Naomi finishes in this whole thing. Confidentiality agreement or no confidentiality agreement, she told John who told Guy who told me.

I couldn't remember who Naomi was (they seem to focus so much more on the men this last week), but I just looked her up on the website, and I do like her. I think she and Katie have the best chance on the women's side.

Trey is so annoying, but I doubt we'll be seeing the back of him anytime soon. I'm sure the producers will want to keep him around as long as possible to create conflict. I just want to see him as project leader to see his big talk in action.

What a complete A**!! I couldn't believe that he was talking to his team like that!   ::)

I was so glad when Sir Allan told him off in a harsh way.  ;D I also loved it when he compared the pooch belt to Rambo! lol  I actually cheered when he got fired.  :)

I think Katie is pretty good. With this task, anyway, she was excellent. Naomi hasn't really said or done enough for me to form an opinion just yet. It'll be interesting to see what happens if/when she's Project Manager.

What did everyone think of Geri being fired? I thought it was bit unfair that she was made a scapegoat because she was in charge of locations. It was a bad idea, and there were no undiscovered locations that were going to save it. The kissing idea really disturbed me as well. I was surprised that Alan Sugar didn't have more to say about that.

Naomi was an awful manager! She's very lucky to have been given a second chance, so I hope she's learned from her mistakes. I agree that Gerri was a scapegoat. She never once volunteered to be in charge of location! Yes, it was her job and she should have done better at it - but nobody else on the team really did any better. I really can't stand Jadine, though. I know they'll keep her in as long as possible for sheer entertainment value, but if I'd been Naomi I would have slapped her. More than once, probably. Ugh. Cannot stand the woman.

Why is it that they never defend themselves in the board room.  Naomi was a rubbish manager.  Those ideas were awful!  Face painting on a rainy school day?  Kissing for MONEY?  Good Lord.  They should have really ganged up on her and focused on that part of the decision making. Especially as Sir Alan had already made it known what he thought of it.   And Geri was a fool not to refuse to do location after the coffee van fiasco.

I don't mind Jadine.  At least she says what she doesn't like at the time instead of going along with it and then getting nasty in the boardroom.

But none of the others seemed to have any good ideas for alternatives. They were all useless.

Yes, I was shocked that Gerri didn't defend herself more. I think she really got it wrong with the location on the first task, because she claimed that she knew the area. I used to live around there, and the minute I saw that they were going to set up in Chapel Market, I immediately knew that it wasn't the right place. However, on this task, she didn't claim to have any idea about the locations, and she never asked to be put in charge. I don't think that there was any location (apart from happening upon a random fun fair that was going on during the middle of a school day) that would have saved that idea. I think Gerri's biggest mistake was ganging up with Jadine in the board room (i.e. whispering comments to each other). She should have just stood her ground.

I too like the fact that at least Jadine will say what she thinks to someone's face. She clearly needs to learn to keep her mouth shut at times, especially in the board room, but I did appreciate the fact that she at least stood up against the kissing idea by saying that they were all smart women, and should be able to come up with a better idea.

The person who annoyed me the most this week was Ghazal. She nominated Naomi to be project leader, probably so she could avoid stepping up to the plate herself. And then proceeded to b*tch about her behind her back the whole time.

What does everyone think about the budding romance between Katie and Paul?
