Accepted to UCL!!!!!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!! It's OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL!

I got an email this morning saying Uni of Edinburgh accepted me, and then I got an email from my ASU adviser asking me if I had heard from Butler yet (the third party company). I replied that I just had the U of E news and that was all, but if he needed to call me he could call me at work. He called like 5 minutes later and said UCL accepted me!!!!!

My first and second choices both accepted me today!

I'll be there from September 2007 to the end of the academic year (I think June 2008?) but I don't know when the end date is exactly.

All I know is, a celebratory pint in a pub sounds EXCELLENT! We should definitely have a UKY london meet up after I get settled in so I can meet everyone!

Congrats! I did my study abroad through the University of CA but we used UCL's facilities for many things. It is a GREAT place to study and in such an amazing part of London! You will love it!

I know I've been making myself miserable the last few weeks looking at pictures on Flickr and stuff! I can't wait to find out where my housing will be. I think I don't find out until I'm actually in London at orientation though.

I just checked the term dates for UCL next year - September 24th 2007 to June 6th 2008. You'll get 3 weeks off for the Christmas vacation (Dec 14th - Jan 7th) and a month off for the Easter vacation (March 19th - April 21st).
