Cafe Pacifico in Covent Garden....the margarita's kind of suck but the food is pretty good.  If you go for lunch there usually isn't a wait but if you go on a Friday or Saturday night...be prepared for a long wait....it's packed!

Your best bet is to order all the ingredients from Mexgrocer or somewhere like that and make your own.

Britwife's husband recommends Mestizo at Warren St station.  We'll be trying it out soon!

To be real honest I yet have to discover the best, so I tend to make it myself, however there is a restaurant I thought was quite good....Cafe Pacifico on Langly Street in Covent Garden.  I was quite impressed although it was a little pricey compared to the US and some of my favorite hunts even some greeeezy places.

I'll be going there again soon for my Birthday  ;D

It's too subjective. Your idea of *good* Mexican might not be my idea.

Mexifresh in Sheen has been the closest to the real thing for me so far.

Anything better than inedible works for me!  ;D
Also, I prefer if the refried beans aren't actually baked beans!  :-X :D

Please do.  From the menu and prices, seems to me that its not exactly the cheap, good, authentic Mexican place we all wish were here in the UK--but rather the fancy Mexican (which is better than no Mexican!).
