Stupid question about ILR marriage

This is slightly embarrassing and very frustrating. 

I can’t seem to find information on applying for my ILR marriage.  I’m just trying to get information on what I’ll need to have and the Life in the UK test that I’ll need to take before I can my visa.  At least I think I have to take it before.

I’ve tried ukvisas, but they don’t give an option for if you’re already in the UK, and britainusa, but that appears to have the same info.  The Home Office website just directs you back to ukvisas.  I know I’m missing a website, but I can’t think which one.

Could someone please direct me?
