See, I think he's really hot now, but he didn't do it for me back then. Some men just age better than others.

Exactly my thoughts on Rick(y) Schroeder.  He was too cutesy in the 80's, but now.... YUM.

I like Kiefer Sutherland, although he's aged beyond his years.

No eyeliner, no big hair. I want a man to be a man.

I don't much anymore, but jr high/start of high school I was all about that!  My crushes then were the likes of Jon Bon Jovi, Nikki Sixx, Brett Michael, Vince Neil, Axl Rose, Slash, Duff, Scott Weiland, and Lars Ulrich.  Oh, and even for a split second in 8th grade...the Nelson twins lol.

I used to adore the lead singer of Europe, had his poster on the back of my bedroom door. :P

Alan Alda was a fav when I was little but, obviously no longer. I also had a small crush on Radar from that show.... now I'm letting it all hang out!

Eyeliner totally does it for me!! Whether the long haired glam rockers (Richie Sambora), the 80s pretty boys (John Taylor), or a bit of goth (Daniel Ash).

Love. It.

I am totally a child of the 80s! I knew my husband was the one when we went out 80s clubbing in London and he donned the eyeliner!

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Mine is/was an embarassing crush.  DH and I each agreed we could have a celebrity crush.  Only mine died last year.  I was totally infatuated with Steve Irwin.  He was a  guy that loved animals, was kind to people, and loved to have fun.   (RIP Steve)

Now I tend to go more for the celebrity types that aren't always thought of as sexy.  I have always had a thing for Colin Firth since I saw him in Bridget Jone's Diary years ago!  I still find I have watch anything with him in it!  After watching the movie "Music and Lyrics" it reminded me why years ago I used to love Hugh Grant.

I can definitely see the appeal, but it was never something I was into.  Granted, not all men in eyeliner and big hair are nice to look at.  For instance, a good friend in high school was completely in love with Mick Mars.  Ick.

Oh, and even for a split second in 8th grade...the Nelson twins lol.

Gunner was a regular at the video store I managed in the early 90's.  Nice guy.
