I can definitely see the appeal, but it was never something I was into.  Granted, not all men in eyeliner and big hair are nice to look at.  For instance, a good friend in high school was completely in love with Mick Mars.  Ick.

If I met a guy in person who wore eyeliner, I think I'd probably be turned off. But ... in a magazine or a music video? Yeah, baby!   ;D

Now I tend to go more for the celebrity types that aren't always thought of as sexy.  I have always had a thing for Colin Firth since I saw him in Bridget Jone's Diary years ago!

Don't most women find Colin Firth sexy??

Off topic for a minute.

Chary, I love your quote from "Fawlty Towers." How funny! We have the whole set on DVD. Also, speaking of the Pythons, I had a big crush on Michael Palin when I was younger. I might even still.

Hmm, I'm really not finding any of these guys embarrassing to fancy at all.  (Well, maybe Ted above :P)

Mine too; though I've always held John Cleese as the one true god of all things funny (not so much a 'crush' as awe)

Based on a dream I had last night I think I have to add:

It's weird as I've never thought about him like that at all.  Apparently, my subconscious feels otherwise.

(apologies for the size, Photobucket won't let me edit my pics today)

I'm very jealous of you and your dream as I have often thought of him "like that."   ;D

Nice post!
