I'm not ashamed to admit it, one of my top
« on: February 27, 2004, 07:21:28 PM »
reasons for being so bloody excited about moving to London for a few years....

Is that i can have Muler Bananna Crunch Corner yogurts ANY TIME I WANT.  Yeeeehaaaa.

I am SO addicted to those things it's untrue.  DF stocks them for me and i'll eat 1 or 2 a day. MMMMMMMM.

I better do a lot of walking to walk that stuff off!

Not yet!  I was exposed to the bananna corner crunch dillys before i met DF and i've been OBSESSED (to the point of calling all the international food markets here in Boston) to find them

Hot puddings are next!

Amiloo can you find those here?  I've only tried their yogurts so far and they are as close to Columbo as I can find in the UK.  Thanks.

Find what kizmet?  Muler?  DF gets them for me all the time, in sainsburys maybe.

In Boston, you can't find them at all.  But i love columbo, so that's my yogurt here in boston. :)

Yup Aimiloo that's just what I was referring to.  Sometimes I forget that you all can't see inside my head when I'm typing.  Sorry.  I'll have to try those other Mueller treats.  I was tempted so many times.

I am in love with sponge puddings. Treacle sponge with carmel or butterscotch syrup dripping down the sides and steam rising from the middle.

I think any kind of sponge dessert would be on my list. There's a pub near my house that makes the richest carmel sponge with cream. Just thinking about it makes me drool.

As it seems I am forever on a modified version of Weight Watchers (my own version that is), I found a dessert I could eat everyday of the week over there and I loved it!!

It's called Onken Light Strawberry Mousse. So light and refreshing and only 1 and a half points on the plan!!

Anyone else tried it?

I love the Onken Light Mousses! My favourite is actually the full fat Peach one (surprise surprise) but since they've been on special offer at Sainsbury's for the last few weeks (3 for 99p), I believe I've tried all of the light ones but one- Apricot, pineapple, raspberry, and strawberry. The only one I have yet to try is Rhubarb!

It's the perfect afternoon teabreak snack!
Yum!

I am a HUGE fan of greek yogurt with honey, though- Add wheatgerm and I'm in heaven!

I love the Mueller corners - Toffee Hoops are the big favourite in our house.

But I have really come to love their rice puddings.  And I never liked rice pudding before.  But the nutmeg & raisin and the caramel ones are incredible!  Yum!
