I'm sure that photographer had it coming. And, judging by the photos, it doesn't look as if Hugh did much damage - besides which, it even looks as though the photographer is smiling at the time.

ha ha ha.. I thought about that also. Was he shopping at the time? When I first heard this story on the radio all I heard was he attacked someone with baked beans. All I could picture was him throwing those turquoise cans of Heinz baked beans!

He was carrying them around in Tupperware.  I mean, come on!  He's Hugh Grant!  Could he not just buy a sandwich or something?  Even I wouldn't go out carrying a tub of baked beans!   ::)

Maybe he's on a special diet. I've carried pork rinds around but they dont do as much damage!  ;D

I was picturing him hurling little blue cans. And the whole time I was reading the article, I couldn't get over "baked beans"??
