Thanks for that, my good Lady will be joining me over here in the UK and is looking for a job in teaching so I will make sure that she checks this thred out!  She might have quite a few questions for you as we have come across a number of problems!  So hopefully the pair of you can trade "warstories" on how to/ how not to start teaching in the UK!
