Mezzetta dill pickles

They carry these at the farm shop down the street from me just outside of Reading. Its inside a Dobbies Garden Center which I think they have all over Scotland. Not sure if they all carry the same selection though.

Thanks! I just did a Google for them but there doesn't seem to be one in the Highlands. You got me all excited!

Even though there isn't anything that I miss enough to pay the prices to actually buy online any of these items, it would be nice to find (in my area):
- Pretzel sticks

I found pretzel sticks at Tesco!  They have a new Polish section that has Polish pretzels. They are really good. :)  I don't know why I like sticks better than twists, but I do -- and they are only 49p a packet!

I went to buy some today (because now DH is addicted to them) and a woman started asking me what they were and if they were any good.  She asked if they were like breadsticks or more like crisps.  Kind of hard to describe what a pretzel is. :P

sicilian Pizza by the slice
Italian sweet sausage
London Broil
PICKLES!!!
Nibs licorice bits
pastina
Balance bars
individual cottage cheeses (like yogurt-sized containers)
YooHoo
Italian heros
Rare roast beef for sandwiches

There are things that I miss that I can probably get here, but just wouldn't buy because my husband wouldn't eat it - like Rice-a-Roni equivalent or something.

I also think I miss particular kinds of shops and what they offer and how they make it more than I miss actual foods.  And sometimes there are certain places where you can get something, but you have to go out of your way to get it, where it would be easier to get where I lived in NY (pizza dough's a big one!) Examples: Delis - I know there are delis here, but they just don't seem to offer the same things as in NY - I miss getting a coffee and an egg white with cheese on whole wheat toast.  And 7-11!!!  I miss cheap coffee!  sorry, straying from topic now...

Is there a difference? It's always tasted exactly the same to me!

Regular, non-flavoured Fritos
Catalina dressing
Poppy seed dressing
Beaverton Foods honey-mustard mayonnaise
Hatch medium red chili powder
Jimmy Dean pork sausage

There's nothing else I ever really dream about, so just add on 4 more bags of Fritos.
If you don't know where you're going, it doesn't matter what road you take.

I know you're in NI, so shopping might be quite different, but they have Krispy Kreme in Tesco, bisquick pretty much everywhere, and lots and lots of unflavoured waters (still, sparkling, tonic, etc).... Meggles, I think I saw low fat sour cream in Sainsbury the other day too and Waitrose carry Nestle chocolate chips....

Poppy seed dressing

Not every branch carries it, but I've bought Brianna's poppy seed dressing at both Sainsburys and Waitrose!

It seems the same to me too, but it's been years since I've had American cottage cheese, so maybe I just don't remember? Is the stuff here less salty? I seem to recall that it was quite salty in the US?
