I found this but not sure if it's for Albacore specifically:

Chicken of the Sea Ingredients: Solid White Tuna, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Vegetable Broth, Salt, Pyrophosphate.

Star Kist Ingredients: Solid White Tuna, Spring Water, Vegetable Broth, and Salt.

Maybe someone in the US can check it though, just to make sure it's not merely BS (from a rival tuna company's website).  I would think Chicken of the Sea would have 'spring water' in it too?

That's me tellt!  ;)

I just opened the pack of Wasabi Tamai Almonds I bought at Trader Joes whilst home and OH MY GOD are they fabulous! I wish I would've bought more!

I'm up to 3 now.  ;D

Just decided to try cottage cheese again over here since I have nothing to lose.

Well...I was more than pleasantly surprised. With the exception of it being slightly saltier than the US brands, it was exactly the same in taste. I guess the two times before that I bought it it was off. How odd. Either way, I can now say that I don't have to worry about wanting it anymore because I have it here. :)

Ha, this is easy! In no particular order...

1. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
2. Buffalo Chipotle sauce (is this actually Mexican?)
2. Chipotle Tabasco (can I have two hot sauces on my list?)
3. Sriracha "Rooster" Chili Sauce (OK, three hot sauces? Most people think this is Asian, but it was created and has always been produced in the US).
4. Duncan Hines cake mixes
5. Country ham (Smithfield or Clifty Farms)
6. Jimmy Dean sausage with extra sage
7. Pabst Blue Ribbon
8. Catfish filets fried in cornmeal, white beans, vinegar coleslaw (never mayonnaise coleslaw!!!), crinkle-cut fries, and a big slice of raw onion (counts as one item because this all has to be eaten at the same time)
9. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
10. RC Cola

Can you tell I'm from the West Tennessee/West Kentucky state line?
I have one more!

11. Freshly killed wild turkey cooked all afternoon outside in a big smoker made from an old oil drum

8.  Ritz crackers

Sorry to be the annoying person who feels compelled to point out things that can be found over here, but... well, I am.  ;)

Ritz crackers are really easy to find. I get them at our local independent grocer but I'm pretty sure I've seen them either at Sainsburys or Tesco.

not packaged the same, more expensive, less in a box... but taste the same to me!

I thought they tasted different the one time I tried them here, which reminds me of another product sold here which tastes completely different...Diet Cherry Coke.  I lived on it in the U.S. and was very excited to see that it was sold here, then I tried it and realized it tasted like cough syrup.  Luckily the regular Diet Coke is palatable, so I can still get my caffeine fix  ;D

I was craving 'Nilla wafers today.  Like this southern lady I used to work with would make a huge pan of homemade banana pudding with the 'Nilla wafers lining the bottom of it.  So good!!

Hmmm...these are actually 'nice-to-have' items as opposed to 'must-have-items', but here goes...

1.  Miracle Whip
2.  Blue box Kraft Mac & Cheese
3.  Jolly Ranchers
4.  Olive oil and black pepper Triscuits
5.  Single bottle Crystal Light packets (store brand is fine)
6.  Laffy Taffy
7.  Black Pepper-Jack Doritos
8.  Wendy's Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger (don't know why, but I'm craving one of those)
9.  A really big, sweet, southern Utah watermelon!
10. Secret solid in Vanilla scent.  (Not food, I know, but something I miss)

I know some of these are available in the UK, but they're not readily available/cheap where I'm at...
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

I'm heading home next week, and planning to stock up on Laffy Taffy, as it's our cat's favorite toy  ;D - want me to bring you back some? :)
