I already read that he will not even entertain it because pardons are used only for very serious crimes.  This does not qualify.

I was so happy to hear that! Her lawyer said that he had worked in the legal profession for X amount of years and that he was appalled by the "unfair" decision - What the h***? They had warned her how many times? Is she that thick? Apparently she will do time in L.A. ~ woo hoo !!! I hope she gets a life lesson in there! Would it be fair if she had ran someone over and killed them while on her ban? What a looser..... and just out of curosity why is she on the celebrity "A" list?? She did nothing - daddy dropped dead and left it to her....D***! If my dad hadnt remarried and had 2 kids 25 years younger than me - I could one day be a "celebrity"?? That's it!
