The convenience store just handed me a catalogue and told me to order what I think people would like... or what I would like. It's from marigold. The selection is huge. Not sure how much money I'm allowed to spend... but the minimum order is low, so I can try a few things and see what happens.

Most is organic, lots is vegetarian, lots is freetrade. Sounds good... if people want it and will pay extra for it.
Stuff I know is good/people will want: goji berry juice, acai juice, Innocent juices. Smoked chipotle Chili sauce. Agree?
Stuff I'm very unsure of: herbal supplements, crystal deodorants, organic shampoos, toothpastes, etc. It seems like the staff would need a lot of education in order to deal with these things. Goat/sheep bio-yoghurt? They have a lot of Japanese products, not sure if people want them here. Root beer, they have. Sasperilla, too. Do people here like it?
There are a gazillion seitan, tempeh and tofu products. Mince, hotdogs, burgers, mock turkey, bacon... and regular blocks of plain/smoked/herbed stuff. I'm a bit worried, though. I always thought the UK was a vegetarian paradise, until I got here. (I'll order a few things for our house for now.)
This is not proper market research, I don't work at the store... I just don't want to end up buying everything myself out of guilt if it doesn't sell. So, if you guys can just give me some clues about what you'd like/buy, that would be great!
