My husband and I are relocating to the UK in July. We want to open an HSBC account here prior to moving there. The problem is when I call the 800# I keep getting directed to different people. Also, we don't have an HSBC local branch anywhere in our state so i can't just go into a Branch and sort it all out.
Does anyone know specifically what I should be asking for or what forms I am to fill out. I did get some forms sent to me but they are all about being a Premier Account holder for international purposes and then I have to send all the forms back to the UK HSBC. I thought we could take care of it all here in the US.
Can someone help me figure this out? Thanks!
