dont tell me you've never had honey butter before!!  :o

It is exactly what it sounds like... butter and honey whipped together and used as a spread!  You get it in some restaurants and probably every bagel shop in California.  It's brilliant on cornbread and on buttermilk biscuits.

No!! I've never heard of such a heavenly invention!!! I want some now!!!!

I think butter and honey are a heavenly combo!  Have you ever had honeycomb butter?  OMG!

I was just perusing epicurious.com and came across this recipe for strawberry honey butter! It sounds amaaaaazing!

Incidentally, the best scone ever is our Yorkshire fat rascal (of course!).  I've found a photo of one on t'internet - it's the one on the left. ;)

I don't know, Carolyn. It looks fruity? I don't like fruit in my scones. I'm a scone purist.   ;) ;D

Yes, it's fruity & nutty & lovely & cinnamony.

And after that, my MIL's cheese scones are the next best, but they are cheesy & much smaller than a fat rascal. :)

I don't fancy plain scones too much.
