at one point in my life i had over 40 warts on my knees & hands.  it was so so so gross.  otc treatments, freezing, cutting, etc... they just came back over & over.

finally when i was about 14 they all just went away within the span of about a month.  crazy, eh?

about 5 years ago i got a planters wart- i was on a boat in the middle of nowhere- and used tea tree oil for about a week.  it then just fell off.  weird.

One of my uncles is into all sorts of mystical and magical things. He says that if you touch the verruca with a hawthorne twig, then bury the twig, the verruca will be gone when the twig has rotted away under the earth. Actually, it might not be hawthorne - I can't remember what kind of a tree it is. My mother swore that he tried it on her when she was young and it worked!

I had one on my finger not too long ago. I used Bazuka, and it worked really well.  So I would recommend that, bought it at Boots for about £8.

I used to get them as a kid too, had about a million all over the bottoms of my feet--it was DISGUSTING.

Some of the research stated that some people will actually have an immunity against them and that is why not everyone in a same family household will get them if one of them has it.

I tend to agree with that as my ex had them on his hands and I've never in my life had one. YEAH for that theory! :D

We've been doing the apple cider vinegar + bandages overnight for 4 days now and already the warts are turning black. Hopefully that means their roots are being drawn out and they are going away.

My duct tape has actually worked on one of mine and seems to be working somewhat on the other.  I'm happy.   ;D

I had one surgically removed from the bottom of my foot once...the needle hurt the most but fine after that.

I think if this is the same thing, i had a few of those on my feet back in high school, from swimming during gym. My mom's method to rid myself of those was to put drawing salve on it, PLUS half a potato(as that helps to suck it out a bit) wrapped with bandage tape, etc.

It worked. ;)
