Reprising an old topic...one that went well but I had stopped when getting ready to move...  Thought for the Day

Here is Oprah's thought for today:

"It is difficult to experience moments of happiness if we are not aware of what it is we genuinely love."

— Sarah Ban Breathnach

Today's Happiness Quote:

"Happiness is as a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but which if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you." ~ Nathaniel Hawthorne (1804-1864).

Tuesday's Happiness thought

"Happy the man, and happy he alone, He who can call today his own; He who secure within can say: Tomorrow do thy worst, for I have lived today." ~ Horace "You traverse the world in search of happiness, which is within the reach of every man. A contented mind confers it on all." ~ Horace

Monday 15-3-04  Something to think about... thought for today on how to be happier.

"Recall the happiest moments of your life. Where were you? What was happening? Who was involved? Think about what these times had in common. How could you get more of that satisfaction in your life now?"
