Getting your tax refund....

Would it be a problem if you put your UK address on the tax return, but listed a US bank account to get your refund?

No.  Your address is where you want to get post from the IRS in the future.  You can ONLY list a US bank for direct deposit. 

BTW, you can not arrange a US direct deposit into a UK dollar account, including the London branch of Citibank's US dollar account.  A lot of people don't know that...
