How fun!  When do you get to eat it?

Thanks for the compliments!  We've already been eating it!  It's yummy but that part I never doubted :D

That does look yummy! I took Wilton classes at A.C. Moore and they are good. I don't like the taste of their fondant and icing, but I've found my own kind since then. I have a good recipe for icing if you want it, and I like the flavor of Satin Ice brand fondant. It's more marshmallowy in taste, rather than sugary. I've also flavored fondant, but it takes a lot of flavor to get it to taste better.

Good luck with the cake decorating, it's time consuming, but I like it!.

I had my final sugarcraft class this afternoon and am now (finally) done with my project. Here's the finished product:

Chary, that's so pretty!  I would never be able to make anything like that!  I just don't have it in me.  Keep it up!

It took eight weeks! Of two-hour classes! So ... with 16 hours of instruction, you could do it!

Yes, when you break something like that down into individual steps and pieces, it's much easier to comprehend how you can create something like that. It still takes time and artistic flair, but classes make it happen!

Beautiful stuff Chary!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon
