transfer from UK to US Credit Card??

Is this possible?

I've not much left on paying off some debt that I'd tranferred last year to a 0% for 9 months credit card, which is now running out ... I'm applying to transfer it again, but now wondering if it's possible to apply for a US Credit Card to transfer it to??
I have a US bank account (and US address) and would have to set up tranfers between UK-US bank accounts, but...

I'm guessing dreaming.  I would do everything you can to pay it off before you leave. 

I thought as much   was hoping there was a loophole I may not know about.
After adding it up, and especially if I stick with my current job til I go, I'll have no problem paying it off.
