Ok, Im getting DH's uk visa application ready- but am abit unsure of what to send with it and the sponsor issue. Im assuming I am his sponsor as his UK citizen wife- or does it have to be someone resideing in the UK right now? If It can be me, I am living here in the states with him so am obviously not employed and earning money there- does this matter? I do have savings accounts in the UK and have photocopies of this evidence so if I send those will that suffice?
Other than that, with the form we send his birth cert, our marriage cert, evidence of where we will live and the fee- am I missing anything?
